We offer flexible payment options with Net 30 terms or credit card payment. There's no minimum order for books or DVDs — mix and match titles to reach higher quantities and earn bigger discounts:

1–10 books, 40% discount

11–25 books, 45% discount

26 or more books, 50% discount

Magazines can be set up on a convenient standing order with automatic shipment when printed. Dealers ordering four or more copies may return unsold issues within six months of the cover date for full credit. Any returns will be credited to your account and reflected on your monthly statement.

Annuals Sales Program - Starting with the 2024 issues, unsold annuals may be returned one year after their release in original packaging for full credit. Annuals can also be placed on a standing order — we'll either confirm each issue or ship automatically, whichever you prefer. There is no expiration date on returns, so you may keep titles longer if you choose. This program allows you to stock our Annuals with confidence and minimal risk while maintaining strong margins.

Dealer First Policy-Beginning with the 2026 publishing season, White River Productions will no longer offer pre-publication discounts directly to retail customers. This change protects your margins and ensures you are not competing with discounted advance pricing from us.
